Bespoke commissioning and warranty arrangements will be outlined in your contract with your sales partner. For support speak to your sales partner in the first instance.
Domestic Installations
Installers for domestic Maxa products are responsible for commissioning domestic installations.
Installers must commission and register the heat pump for the 3 year manufacturer’s warranty within 28 days of purchase.
Installers must fully complete the commissioning form and send with accompanying installation proof; images of heat pump & cylinder data badges and installation. This information should be emailed to support@maxaheatpumps.co.uk.
The Maxa team will review the installation and clearance zones and approve the installation for warranty compliance. The heat pump will then be registered for the 3 year heat pump warranty with a 2 year labour contribution.
Maxa UK will issue a warranty certificate direct to the end user which will ensure all claims are processed efficiently during the warranty period. If the product is not registered, the default warranty is for 12 months on replacement parts only.
