Bespoke commissioning and warranty arrangements will be outlined in your contract with your sales partner. For support speak to your sales partner in the first instance.
Domestic Installations
Installers for domestic Maxa products are responsible for commissioning their installations. Installers can request support for commissioning from the UK team. Please use the contact us form or call the office direct.
We recommend that all Maxa heat pumps are commissioned using the following form.

This form along with the supporting photos need to be sent to support@maxaheatpumps.co.uk to start the warranty registration process.
A Maxa engineer will review the commissioning materials supplied and approve the 3 year manufacturers warranty. Once approved Maxa UK will provide the end user with a warranty certificate and this registration will be held on our database for all claims to be processed efficiently during this warranty period.
